Enviro Curb Materials:
50 Year Limited Warranty
- Subject to compliance
with the Manufacturer's installation guide of the warranty
provided by Enviro Curb, a division of Enviro Curb Manufacturing
Inc.. The manufacture hereby guarantees Enviro Curb
materials against decay or splitting, for a 50 year
period, effective as of the date appearing on the original
of the initial purchase invoice.
- The Manufacturer hereby
undertakes to replace all defective Enviro Curb materials
with new Enviro Curb materials during the entire warranty
period upon presentation of the original of the initial
purchase invoice. The Manufacturer is not responsible
for any other damage whatsoever, either directly or
indirectly caused, including the cost of removal and
installation.
- In order to obtain best
results, it is of utmost importance that Enviro Curb
material be installed according to the Manufacturer's
installation guide.
- The Manufacturer warrants
that no additive whatsoever is required to preserve
Enviro Curb materials used for residential, commercial
or agricultural purposes.
- In purchasing Enviro Curb
materials, the purchaser accepts this warranty and acknowledges
that, to the extent permitted by law, this warranty
replaces any other legal warranty that would ordinarily
apply to Enviro Curb materials.
- Any soiling of Enviro
Curb that may occur due to normal usage remains the
entire responsibility of the purchaser. Cleaning Enviro
Curb materials will not damage it and remains the entire
responsibility of the purchaser.
- Discoloration of Enviro
Curb materials as a result of exposure to sun and inclement
weather is regarded as normal and will not damage Enviro
Curb materials.
